A LITTLE HISTORY ABOUT US...
Located on the corner of Zillman Road & Bowley Street, Clayfield, we have been established for 10 years in the current location and manage 460+ properties throughout Brisbane CBD and suburbs. We moved to this new location from the Fortitude Valley because we outgrew our previous site. We are a tight knit team of 4, of which 3 are 100% dedicated Property Management Staff. With combined experience of over 20 years in Property Management our team can provide to you the very best service possible. Our Senior Property manager is Janet Boswell who has more than 8 years experience in both commercial and residential Asset Management & Property Sales, and our principal has been involved in ownership, Property Management and Real Estate Sales for more than 20 years with family Real Estate assets in excess of $90 million.
